P5A prepared a feasibility study on behalf of One Housing Group and London Borough of Camden looking at options to upgrade and extend an existing elderly persons home to full ‘extra care’ standards, including wheelchair accessible kitchens and shower rooms and additional communal and ancillary facilities.

We were architects for the agreed scheme which includes an accessible front entrance, evacuation lift, ’garden room’, mobility scooter store and comprehensive refurbishment of the existing flats.
