Major alterations and rehabilitation to 39 properties in Bloomsbury and Camden Town for Community Housing Association.

The condition of the majority of the properties was extremely poor, requiring complete reconstruction in two cases. All of the Bloomsbury properties are Grade II listed. The work was phased over a number of years to accommodate complex decanting needs of the tenants. The project created 75 general needs units for rent, providing homes for 360 people and won a Certificate of Merit for Best Housing Association Modernisation Project from the National Home Improvement Council.
