Partial service for the design of a new mixed-use building occupying a tight corner site on the Hillview Estate near Kings Cross for Community Housing Association. The ground floor and basement commercial unit replaces the smaller original shop unit, but the design adds four new residential units above, and an electrical sub station at the rear.
